Terms of use

These terms apply when you use FilmStation, a planner and production hub operated by Andrei Kalesnikau. By signing in you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
The beta
FilmStation is in private beta. It is provided “as is”, features can change or stop, and there may be mistakes or downtime. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can export your data in Settings.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep access to it safe; two-step verification is available in Settings.
- You must be at least 16, and you must have the right to connect the mailboxes, calendars and files you add.
Your content
Your tasks, notes, scripts, files, mail and everything else stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what you put in the app and for the people you invite to your projects.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to break the law, to send spam or abusive messages, or to harm or spy on others.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach data that is not yours.
- Connected services (Google, Apple, Dropbox, Adobe) have their own terms, which you must follow too.
The assistant
The built-in assistant uses an AI service with your own key. Its answers can be wrong; check anything important before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for the costs of your own key.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Andrei Kalesnikau is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, from the use of the beta. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
